Dnyaneshwar Shinde, an MBA, M.Com, B.Ed holder with 20+ years of experience, founded Vihaan Career Institute with a clear mission — to make quality education accessible to every student in Dombivli and beyond.
Alongside co-founder Pallavi Deshmukh (M.Com, B.Ed, 15+ years experience), they built an institute that prioritizes understanding over memorization, and mentorship over mere instruction.
